We accept bookings with 24–48 hours notice. For urgent requests, please call us directly.

We guarantee your photos will be delivered by the end of the following day after your appointment.

We encourage that you and the homeowner make plans ahead of time about the staging of the home. The photographer doesn’t mind helping out here and there, but when it comes to expensive things, we will not touch them.

We accept a wide range of payment methods through the secure PayFast platform, including EFT, debit cards, credit cards, SnapScan, Masterpass, and more.

We keep our pricing affordable by avoiding major Photoshop edits, meaning we don’t remove or add items into photos. If you or the seller would like something excluded, please ensure it’s removed before the shoot. That said, we do offer complimentary sky replacements on overcast days to enhance your images, and minor edits (such as removing small objects) can be done upon request. For advanced retouching, additional fees may apply.
